<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system which solves the problem wherein it is difficult to learn an output print destination under environment of connecting equipment to a network. <P>SOLUTION: A list of printers which output a print is displayed to select a printer. When a printer 2 is selected, a scanner 1 synthesizes positional information acquired from the printer 2 and positional information of the scanner 1 stored by the scanner 1 with place information stored by the scanner 1. Then, layout of a room and positions of the scanner 1 and the printer 2 are legibly displayed on a liquid crystal display as shown in fig. 7. The same processes are also performed when other printers are selected. When the side which instructs print is a PC terminal, a similar operation is executed by the PC terminal and the positions are displayed on the display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
