<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing a reel cable breakage for preventing a facility cost from increasing, by accurately grasping an abnormality when a cable reel reels a cable, and preventing the cable from being broken. <P>SOLUTION: A movable cart 1 is provided with the cable reel 2 for reeling the cable 3, and has a cable reel rotation detecting means 4 for detecting a state of the rotated cable reel 2, a cart location detecting means 5 for detecting whether the movable cart 1 is located at a prestage or a poststage, a running state detecting means 6 for detecting a running state of the movable cart 1, a rotation abnormality detecting means 7 for detecting a rotation abnormality of the cable reel 2 based on the state of the rotated cable reel, a cart location and the running state of the movable cart, and an abnormal signal outputting means 8 for outputting an abnormal signal if the abnormality is detected by the rotation abnormality detecting means 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
