<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control both of a charging current and a discharging current with one MOSFET. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack is provided with secondary batteries 11, 31 and protection circuits 12, 32 for controlling charging/discharging of the secondary batteries 11, 31. The protection circuits 12, 32 are respectively provided with switching elements 13, 33, which are respectively serially connected with the secondary batteries 11, 31, and control circuits 14, 34 for controlling the switching elements 13, 33. The switching elements 13, 33 of the protection circuits 12, 32 are the MOSFET having each back gate contact 21, 41. The battery pack controls the charging current and the discharging current while controlling both of the gate voltage of the MOSFET and each voltage of the back gate contacts 21, 41 with the control circuits 14, 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
