PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-end resonant converter which becomes ZVS (zero voltage switching) in all corresponding load ranges. SOLUTION: A primary-side switching converter is constituted as an E-class resonance; a first primary-side series resonance circuit of the E-class resonant converter is formed of a leakage inductance generated in a primary winding N1 of an insulation converter transformer PIT and a series resonance capacitor C11; a second primary-side series resonance circuit is formed of an inductance generated in a choke coil winding N10 and a series resonance capacitor C11; and a primary-side parallel resonance circuit is formed of a leakage inductance generated in the primary winding N1 of the insulation converter transformer PIT, an inductance generated in the choke coil winding N10, and a parallel resonance capacitor Cr. Further, a winding ratio between a first secondary winding N2 and a second secondary winding N2' is determined as a secondary winding of the insulation converter transformer PIT so that the size of currents flowing through a rectifier diode D01 and a rectifier diode D02, which are generated due to magnetic flux of different polarity can become the same.
