PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of bubbles or insufficient packing during material packing and to prevent the occurrence of a useless wall or a waste material. SOLUTION: A mold 10 comprises an upper mold 11 and a lower mold 12 with a lower cavity insert 17 arranged slidably which are arranged vertically to face each other. The first process in which while the cavity insert 17 is made to retreat downward in relation to the lower mold 12, the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12 are separated from each other and a material is packed in a cavity 22, the second process in which the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12 are made to approach each other until they are separated at a prescribed distance, and the third process in which the cavity insert 17 is moved upward in relation to the lower mold 12 to spread the material approximately evenly in the cavity 22 are provided.
