PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: since the viewpoint direction under three-dimensional large area display is changed by a scroll switch, it is hard for a user to recognize the amount of change of a viewpoint. SOLUTION: An HDD 12 stores a program to make a CPU 14 execute a process to move the viewpoint under a three-dimensional map in accordance with the movement of the contact coordinate when the contact coordinate on a touch panel 24 exists within a display area under a two-dimensional map, and a process to rotationally move the visual field direction under the three-dimensional map in accordance with the movement of the contact coordinate when the contact coordinate on the touch panel 24 coincides with a boundary coordinate of the display area under the two-dimensional map. The HDD 12 also stores map data corresponding to a map, and a conversion table or the like indicating the correspondence between the contact coordinate and longitude/latitude.
