PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and a method thereof which outputs transmission information of a kind according to an output destination when the transmission information of each region of a document image is output. SOLUTION: When the document image registered in a memory is output, information about the output destination is acquired (S502), kinds of the transmission information to be output is set by every region according to the information about the output destination (S503), pieces of the transmission information of the kinds set by every region are integrated (S514) and output to the output destination (S515).
