PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlock prevention device of an automatic manual transmission which can securely prevent interlock at the time of shifting operation by utilizing actuator operation without causing an increase in weight. SOLUTION: The automatic manual transmission is provided with a plurality of actuators 50, 52, 53, 54 which are individually provided to a plurality of shift forks 41, 42, 43, 44 and which can individually operate the plurality of shift forks 41, 42, 43, 44. With the actuation of one of the actuators 50, 52, 53, 54, an interlock inhibiting means, which is provided to the automatic manual transmission, regulates the actuation of at least one of the remaining actuators 50, 52, 53, 54.
