PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of difficulty for fluidization in a normal gas phase fluidized bed due to the significant adhesiveness and cohesiveness in an ultra-fine particles not larger than 1μm in size. SOLUTION: As far as an opening of sieve is proper, even though an ultra-fine powder is only sieved in a gas phase, loose aggregated grains are maintained in a fluidized bed by significant adhesiveness and cohesiveness of ultra-fine particles and a stable fluidized state can be kept by adhesion and catching of the ultra-fine particles to the aggregated grains and jumping-out particles are significantly few.
