The device has a flexible tube connector (8), a fastening plate (1), and a movable clamping body for releasing a rate of flow through a lumen in an operating position. The clamping body is pressed against a flexible tube in another operating position for closing the lumen. Spring arms (16, 17) are swiveled using hinges (14, 15). Terminal strips (18, 19) and locking arms (20, 21, 24, 25) are attached at the spring arms for the operating positions.
