One or more detachable out covers (160, 162) may be configured to cover an outlet chamber (146), and have outlets (108) for directing fluid into the tank (102). Aheater (416, 420) may be releasably secured within the tank ( 102) by at least one securing device (250) having a releasing portion that allows the securing device to be released solely from within the tank.
