Method for creation of discount system includes forming of discount system of the base of developed computer program, producing discount cards with the trademark of the system, with registration number and protection against falsification after the preliminary computer development of discount card, creating a site of discount system in the Internet, creating electronic catalogue of firms-partners, coordinated with the phone information service, printing the catalogue of firms-partners and mailing letters on the conditions of forming the discount system via Internet with electronic addresses of the producers of goods and services, placing conditions of provision with discount cards at the site of the Internet discount system, updating information at the electronic catalogue of the firms-partners, transferring information from the computer hard disc to electronic carriers to transfer it to the members of discount system off the Internet. Creation of electronic version of the register of bearers of discount cards, weekly update information at the register of bearers of discount cards; utilize the known optimum technologies for providing confidentiality of the personal data of bearers of discount cards. The discount cards are made with a coating of 1-4 types. At the face part of the cards a chip for reading device, three-dimensional protection hologram, name of the bearer, registration number, term of expiration of discount card are placed. At the reverse side the signature of the bearer, magnet band for reading device and bar-code coordinated with the register of the bearers of discount cards are placed. Form electronic database of mobile phone net, send information on the discount system by mobile phone. Catalogue of the firms-partners is formed by the branch and regionaldirections. Create in computer electronic database of the mass media, send electronic letters on the conditions of forming discount system by electronic addresses of the database of the mass media means, process the replaying computer information. Publish at the mass media information on functioning the discount system, conditions of obtaining discount cards, goods and services of the firms-partners.
