<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way intermittent feeding unit having a one-way torque limiter assembled in a ratchet wheel and an inner ring of the torque limiter fixed to a housing, enhancing rotation accuracy by preventing component force from acting to the ratchet wheel when the ratchet wheel is driven by drive pawls provided on an oscillating member and easily corresponding to a change of a feeding pitch. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way intermittent feeding unit is constructed so that a ratchet 8 is provided at an axial end face of the ratchet wheel 1, the plurality of drive pawls 40, 40' are axially movably fitted in the oscillating member 21 opposite to the ratchet, leaf spring pieces, which are formed by cutting and raising a leaf spring member integral with a surface of the oscillating member 21, are pushed against back surfaces of the drive pawls 40, 40' and make the drive pawls 40, 40' engage with the ratchet 8, positional relation of the drive pawls 40, 40' with each other is set to be a relation that an integral multiple of one pitch of the ratchet 8 is added to a basic pitch P/2 which is obtained by dividing the pitch by the number of the drive pawls 40, 40' and an oscillating angle of the oscillating member 21 is set at an angleα/2 for feeding the basic pitch P/2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
