PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve expression force in display by simultaneously displaying a plurality of moving images without interrupting it in the middle. SOLUTION: An information storage medium(DISC) can be reproduced by an information reproducing device equipped with a navigation manager (NVMNG) for performing decoding of management information and processing based on this; a data cache(DTCCH) for temporarily storing resources before the reproduction and display of resources and a presentation engine (PRSEN) for reproducing and displaying resources. In this information storage medium (DISC), management information including information available for selecting resources temporarily stored in the data cache(DTCCH) is recorded in accordance with network throughput corresponding to the network environment of the information reproducing device, when the original storage places of the resources temporarily stored in the data cache (DTCCH) are present on a network server.
