<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage hot water supply system that can prevent piping rupture and freezing damage of functional parts by preventing freezing even in winter as kept unused for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: In a drain mode in which a hot water storage tank 2 for storing hot water is drained, a hot water mixing valve 28 is first fully opened to a cold water side to cause drainage and then fully opened to a hot water side to cause drainage, so that the hot water storage tank 2, hot water piping from the hot water storage tank 2 to the hot water mixing valve 28 via a hot water supply pipe 8, and cold water piping from a feed water pipe 9 to the hot water mixing valve 28 can all be drained of remaining water to prevent freezing even in winter as kept unused for a long period and thus to prevent piping rupture and freezing damage of functional parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
