<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-aqueous electrolytic liquid capable of forming a lithium secondary battery that is superior in electrical capacity, low-temperature characteristics, and long-term cycle characteristic, and to provide a lithium secondary battery that uses the same. <P>SOLUTION: The non-aqueous electrolytic liquid, prepared by dissolving an electrolyte salt in non-aqueous solvent, contains ester compound of specified structure having alkylene oxygroup, carbon-carbon triple bond, formyl group, haloalkyl group or the like.
