<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastically overturning type hinge cap which satisfies both of a hinge function being excellent in operability and durability, and another function such as air-tightness. <P>SOLUTION: A resin which is suitable for hinge characteristics is used for a hinge section 3 and its root 4, and a resin which can satisfy functions such as air-tightness and the fitting strength of a mouth section 7 is used for other parts. Therefore, this cap which can withstand repeated uses, is also excellent in elastic overturning property, and can satisfy the functions of the cap body 6 and a lid 8, i.e., characteristics such as air-tightness and the fitting strength is obtained. Also, the resin which is suitable for the hinge characteristics such as strength and moldability is used for the hinge section, and the resin which can satisfy other required qualities such as air-tightness, the fitting strength, and the application of a recycled material is used for other parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
