PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron core transport tank of a transformer for a disassembling transport which is intended to save a material and reduce a cost, and is advantageous in transport constraints. SOLUTION: Iron core transport tanks 1a, 1b are a pair of almost symmetrical iron core transport tanks. The pair of iron core transport tanks comprise bottom plates 2a, 2b mounting leg iron cores 10a, 10b, and front and rear end plates 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, inner and outer side plates 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, and top plates 3a, 3b which detachably fix to the bottom plate and cover the leg iron core. In a state in which openings formed by removing the side plates 6a, 6b inside each iron core transfer tank are opposed to each other, the bottom plates of each iron core transfer tank are connected to each other to form an integrated bottom plate 2c. A surface plate of a U-shaped iron core 12 is provided in the integrated bottom plate 2c. A pair of iron core transport tanks are integrated so as to cover the U-shaped iron core mounted on the surface plate to form an iron core erecting tank 1c. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
