PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter device capable of temporarily storing a carried object, wherein a machining time difference which occurs between upstairs and downstairs is absorbed by temporarily storing the carried object, which is being carried between upstairs and downstairs by the lifter device. SOLUTION: The lifter device L lifts up and down and carries the carried object G between both downstairs and upstairs stations S1, S2.
