PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording liquid cartridge capable of responding to the change of an administering quantity into a recording liquid accommodating bag while enhancing a durability to an impact and a vibration due to falling and an image forming device with the recording liquid cartridge. SOLUTION: The ink cartridge 10 is equipped with an ink bag 111 filled with an ink and a case 112 constituted of a first case 112A and a second case 112B as an outer case detachably accommodating the ink bag 111 within the same, projecting walls 113A, 113B dividing the accommodated ink bag 111 into two accommodating parts 111a, 111b is arranged in the inner wall faces of the first, second cases 112A, 112B.
