PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method of a display device which suppress deterioration of display quality and has an excellent yield of manufacture with low cost. SOLUTION: Manufacturing equipment 1130 of a display device having a display element for every pixel arranged in a matrix form is provided, and it comprises: a head 1132 to coat a liquid material on each pixel by an ink jet method; a moving mechanism 1133 to move the coating position by the head 1132; a camera 1134 which photographs a specified region including the pixel which is applied with coating treatment by the head 1132 at a timing when movement by the moving mechanism 1133 has stopped; and a computer 1135 which inspects existence of a coating failure pixel based on a photographed image by the camera 1134.
