PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document conversion system in which data in a component constitution information management system can be converted and simply disclosed to the document management system and even documents of components applied by a plurality of products can be disclosed without being overlapped; and to provide document conversion apparatus, program and program system and a method for managing documents in the document conversion system. SOLUTION: In the case of converting a document in the component constitution information management system and registering the converted document in the document management system, the document in the component constitution information management system and the document in the document management system store information capable of mutually specifying the opposite documents respectively. Thereby documents in the component constitution information management system can be referred to from the document management system, and component constitution, attributes, etc. can be confirmed. Also, documents in the document management system can be referred to from the component constitution information management system and the corresponding document can be displayed and confirmed.
