PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detecting mechanism for a driving cable capable of easily and accurately detecting the abnormality thereof by detecting a drive displacement of a driving cable and a pilot belt even when the motor output is driven at 100% or less. SOLUTION: In addition to a driving cable 5, a belt 6 for the abnormality detection of a driving cable is arranged between a driving shaft S1 and a load side shaft S2 so as to detect the drive displacement of the driving cable 5 and the belt 6 for the abnormality detection of a driving cable.
