PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging roll, a transferring roll, a developing roll, a charging belt or a static eliminating belt, in an image forming apparatus of electrophotography type, which are each formed with a semi-electroconductive resin composition which has the moderate volume resistivity of the order of 10<SP>7</SP>-10<SP>11</SP>Ωm and of an uniform distribution and small dispersion and which has few fish eyes. SOLUTION: The charging roll, transferring roll, developing roll, charging belt or static eliminating belt, in an image forming apparatus of electrophotography type, comprises a semi-electroconductive resin composition which contains 100 parts by weight of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin having a relative dielectric constant measured at 1 kHz and 23°C of 2.5 or more and 0.01-5 parts by weight of a perfluoroalkyl group-containing cesium salt and which has volume resistivity in the range of 10<SP>7</SP>-10<SP>11</SP>Ωm.
