PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately confirm the safety of a pseudo breeder such as an old man living alone and give information on the result from a remote place, by adding a minimum new function to an autonomously operated pet robot for toy/pseudo breeding while utilizing the primary functions of the pet robot. SOLUTION: Some operation request is given from the pet robot side to a pet robot pseudo breeder, it is detected on the pet robot side whether the pseudo breeder accurately conducts a preset response operation for the operation request to thereby determine the safety of the pseudo breeder, and the determination result is informed to the information destination by an additionally built-in communication function.
