The invention relates to special electrometallurgy. A method for of electron beam moulding of plane ingots of alloys involves batching supply of an initial liquid alloy from a crucible of a vacuum induction furnace in the flat mold with periodic heating by an electronic beam and melt surface cooling between supply of its separate portions, at that a melt is submitted to the plane molding at a speed which is equaled to the traverse speed of a solid-melt interface of an alloy, at that its temperature before a solid-melt interface is maintained at a level, which is not more than on 6 % exceeds a liquidus temperature of an alloy. The invention allows to receive ingots of alloys with chemical macro-and microuniformity and to raise a output of a suitable product.
