A HOSPITAL VISIT SCHEDULE CONTROL METHOD FOR BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA USING A MOBILE PERSONAL COMMUNICATION DEVICES

A method and a system for adjusting a hospital visit schedule of a prostatism patient using a mobile terminal are provided to enable the patient to safely advance long term meditation without visiting a hospital by diagnosing a diseases state in real-time and checking up a favorable turn with the unaided eye through the mobile terminal. A patient side data collecting/communicating module(10) on which is mounted a patient receives input factors needed for checking up a prostatism state of the patient after self-observation and transfers a message for the hospital visit schedule to the patient. A prostatism patient management server(20) includes a patient hospital visit schedule determining module(21), a hospital side communicating module(22) and a patient EMR(Electronic Medical Record) database(23). A patient information managing module(30) on the side of the physician in charge provides an interface for inputting a diagnosis result of the doctor, modifying parameters of a rule to determine the diseases state of the patient, and confirming history data stored in the patient EMR database.
