A corking device for the bottle contains a drain bushing made in the form of cylindrical housing, which has a bottom with axial bypass opening, and annular lugs on external wall, locking element installed inside the drain bushing and overlapping its bypass opening in vertical position of device, locking bushing installed inside the drain bushing and executed in the form of cylindrical housing, in which on the external wall annular lugs are made, external supporting flange is made on the upper end, and divider is installed inside, which has a housing, made in the form of inverted container located along the axis of locking bushing, and cross connections are radially located, which are fastened from one side with internal wall of the housing of locking bushing, and from other side - with the housing of divider with formation of bypasses between the cross connections, and also removable cover made in the form of flange with cylindrical branch pipe installed inside the housing of locking bushing. The bottom of the housing of drain bushing is conical; locking element is made in the form of a valve with a shank located on top. Valve is made in the form of truncated cone with conical lower surface. Shank is made in the form of radially located shaped edges with narrowed upwardly and enlarged downwardly parts. Narrowed upper parts of the edges of shank are introduced inward to the housing of the divider of locking bushing with possibility of limited axial displacement of locking element. Enlarged lower parts of the edges of shank are enlarged downward and in radial direction, connected with the valve of locking element and located inside the housing of drain bushing with radial clearance. The divider of locking bushing is equipped with a fairing, which has a form of truncated cone, smaller basis of which is fastened with the lower part of the housing of divider. Cross connections are fastened with the housing of divider by means of larger basis of fairing.
