A scanning device, a light source device, and a light receiving device are provided to scan a beam without using a polygon mirror. A 2D laser scanning unit includes a mobile body, a light receiving part, and an imaging lens. The light receiving part is disposed on the mobile body, and a plurality of light receiving elements for receiving light are arranged in the light receiving part to receive image information. The imaging lens images light from an object. A movement direction of the mobile body and a longitudinal direction of the light receiving part are mutually vertical.
