A nano-silver plasma coating syringe needle is provided to enable antibacterial effects, sterilizing function, to emit anions and far infrared rays, to decompose fat and reduce pain in a short time. The nano-silver plasma coating syringe needle comprises an injection needle(40), a piston and a handle portion(100) and is made of any one of a metal, synthetic resin, silicon, rubber, ceramic and mineral. 0.01 to 0.1 weight% of nano-silver material generated by plasma based on the entire weight of the nano-silver plasma coating syringe needle is applied on the surface of the injection needle(40). The nano-silver corpuscle deposed on the injection needle(40) in the plasma chamber has a diameter of 1-5 nm.
