<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit wiring board and its manufacturing method which has a slide resistance element providing an especially stable variable resistance characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit wiring board having a circuit wiring layer including a slide resistance circuit on the surface of an insulation board 1 comprises a first and second wiring layers 2, 3 which are formed on a part of the circuit wiring layer and mutually opposed across a space extending along the insulation board 1 surface, a first and second contacts 2a, 3a at mutually opposed positions of the first and second wiring layers 2, 3, respectively, a step-proofing insulation layer 5 on the insulation board 1 between the contacts, and a slide resistance layer R1 provided over the contacts and the insulation layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
