<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching tool for attaching fishing parts such as fishing line, float, hook, weight, lure, and the like and to the fishing part equipped with such an attaching tool that can simply attach fishing parts to the fishing line at desired positions in no need of cutting or connecting the fishing line. <P>SOLUTION: The attaching tool is provided in which a wire line having rigidity is bended in one to form the V-shaped orΩ-shaped loop part 1 and the coil parts 2 on both ends of the wire. When fishing parts are attached to the line, the fishing parts such as line or weight are attached through the branched line or through an unwinding ring to the loop part 1 so that they may freely fluctuate. When the fishing line is spirally wound around to the coil part 2 in the same direction as the spiral one at the position to which the fishing part is attached.
