PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing medical-solution-applied tissue paper with reduced irregularity in the quality of product by reducing the uneven application of the medical solution to the tissue paper and reducing the scattering of a volatile component of the medical solution in the manufacturing process.

SOLUTION: When a sheet 3 continuously fed in an interfolder 1 is wound around a hollow round pole-shaped guide body G3 to change the direction, the medical solution is spouted from a slit-like application port 10 formed in the longitudinal direction of the guide body G3 to be applied to the sheet 3.
