TRANSMISSION CONTROL METHOD, MOBILE STATION, RADIO BASE STATION AND RADIO NETWORK CONTROL STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to properly set a transmission rate of scheduled transmission while suppressing hardware resources for reception in non-scheduled transmission.

SOLUTION: A radio network control station RNC classifies each of processes in an HARQ into any one of a scheduled transmission process in which scheduled transmission for transmitting uplink user data in response to transmission allocation by a radio base station NodeB is performed; a non-scheduled transmission process in which non-scheduled transmission for automatically transmitting the uplink user data not based on the transmission allocation by the radio base station NodeB is performed; and sharing process in which the scheduled process or the non-scheduled process is performed. The station RNC notifies a mobile station UE of a result of classification. In each process, the mobile station UE transmits the uplink user data to the radio base station NodeB in any one the scheduled transmission and the non-scheduled transmission on the basis of the notified result of classification.
