<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering angle abnormality diagnostic device capable of preventing the erroneous detection of abnormality of a steering angle associated with variation of steering angular velocity. <P>SOLUTION: The steering angle abnormality diagnostic device is provided with a first steering angle sensor 2 and a second steering angle sensor 5 for detecting a rotation angle of a steering shaft from a steering handle 1 to front wheels 13, 13; an abnormality determination means for determining as abnormality of the steering angle, i.e., the state that the steering angle is not normally detected when a second sensor value S2(k) detected by the second steering angle sensor 5 is a value at the outside between a first former value S1(k-1) detected by the first steering angle sensor just before detection of the second sensor value S2(k) and a first sensor value S1(k) detected just after detection of the first former value S1(k-1) by the first steering angle sensor 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
