<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage movement of articles such as pay-out and return per pay-out target of a plurality of articles accommodated in a storage warehouse. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag 12 recorded with identification data is attached to an article accommodated in a storage warehouse, and the identification data of the article is managed by a database management server of a database server 18.
