摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of efficiently operating an actuator while predicting a future change in a physical quantity based on a temporary target value. SOLUTION: Feedback control of a driving position of the actuator is performed with a delay value of a temporary target driving position refp as a target driving position ref, and a future driving position of the actuator is estimated as a pre-read estimating driving position yest on the basis of the temporary target driving position refp. When determining sticking, a determination is made on whether or not its output is saturated on the basis of an operation quantity (u) of the actuator in the feedback control, and when the output is saturated, the temporary target driving position refp used for estimation is corrected so that its change rate is reduced by correction processing.
