PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface greening panel which is superior in easiness in construction, load resistance, durability, and stability, and a wall surface greening method using the greening panel. SOLUTION: A wall surface greening panel 1A is placed on a plinth block 15, and a turn buckle 28 is disposed between a coupling bracket 10 and a bottom bar 27 which is extended inwardly from the lower part of the plinth stone block 15. Then, the length of the turn buckle 28 is changed by an adjusting ring 29, which is attached to the turn buckle 28 in its approximate center to adjust a tilt angle of the panel 1A to a desired angle. Subsequently, to fix an angle of the panel 1A, connecting plates 30 which are set on the plinth stone block 15 and the panel 1A, respectively, are fixed to a metal fixing plate 31 by bolting, welding, etc., to be fixed to each other, and a connecting bracket 10 at the lower side and the bottom bar 27 are fixed to a support bar 32 by bolting, welding, etc., to be fixed to each other.
