PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory parking system for enabling car washing in a state of parking a vehicle parked on the upper floor on the upper floor. SOLUTION: This multistory parking system 100 has a body part, a lift and a sealant 3. The body part has a fixed frame 5 and an upper stage fixing floor 2 substantially horizontally fixed to the ground surface in the intermediate vicinity in the height direction of the fixed frame 5. The lift has a lifting column 9 arranged in a basement space and a lifting floor 1 fixed to the upper end of the lifting column 9. The lifting floor 1 is positioned on the substantially same plane as the upper stage fixing floor 2 in a lifted state. The sealant 3 is fixed to the lifting floor 1, and abuts on an under surface of the upper stage fixing floor 2 in a state of lifting the lifting floor 1.
