PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue array preparation device capable of simple and sure positioning (specification) of each hollow needles (plural) over each blocks (plural). SOLUTION: This tissue array preparation device has a constitution including the first hollow needle for forming a hollow space in an acceptor block and the second hollow needle for collecting a sample from an examination tissue included in a donor block and inserting the sample into the hollow space in the acceptor block. The device also has a constitution including a positioning array 11 equipped with prescribed markings (plural) for positioning the first and/or second hollow needles 4, 5 over the acceptor block 1 and/or the donor block 2, and a lever device supported movably for transferring each position of the markings (plural) to a corresponding region on the donor block 2 and/or to a corresponding region on the acceptor block 1.
