PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic suitable as a cosmetic for massage and having high keratotic plug-removing efficiency. SOLUTION: An emulsifier type cosmetic comprises 20-40 mass% dextrin. The cosmetic is preferably a cosmetic for massage. The cosmetic preferably further contain 0.1-5 mass% corn starch. The corn starch is preferably pregelatinized by a heating step after the starch is dispersed into the cosmetic. The cosmetic has, preferably, action for removing keratotic plug.
