PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nibbling die for ultra-high speed nibbling which can safely apply an ultra-high speed nibbling to a workpiece such as a thin sheet continuously moved by means of an interpolation control (a contouring control) without breakage of a punch. SOLUTION: In the nibbling die 1 for ultra-high speed nibbling, a die hole shape 31 is formed in an oblong shape parallel to the nibbling direction, and the clearance of an arc-shaped part on the nibbling processing direction side of the oblong shape and a side face in the processing direction is set to be a value adequate for the nibbling. Further, the clearance of the arc-shaped part on the nibbling completion side is set to be larger than at least the adequate clearance while a punch chip 15 and a die 5 are not interfered with each other during the nibbling.
