PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent-wave lot which reduces burdens to the hair or the body during making the permanent wave, makes rise of the hair root and big firm waves, can store and generate heat by irradiation with far-infrared rays from outside and paper and a cap which help it. SOLUTION: Powder of carbon and natural ore is mixed into material of a permanent-wave lot and an insulating material incorporated inside of it, material of paper and a cap is also mixed with the powder of the carbon and the natural ore, then, when irradiated with far-infrared rays from outside, they gently stores and generates heat, promotes effect of permanent wave medicament and makes big firm waves. The carbon reacts to the far-infrared irradiation from outside and stores and generates heat, furthermore, deodorant effect is also added, the permanent wave are gently and softly formed because of generation of negative ions of the natural ore.
