PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for taking out fish eggs and guts by which the fish eggs can be collected by separating the eggs from the guts, especially the intestines. SOLUTION: The method for taking out the fish eggs and the guts comprises cutting the belly part of a fish body along the lower edge of the fish body while conveying the fish body, removing a pair of the fish eggs hung downward from the inside of each belly meat by hooking the eggs with corresponding arms according to the movement of the fish body, inserting a membrane-peeling blade into the fish body from a cut face of the fish body from which the head part is removed, and removing the guts with the coelomic membrane by the membrane-peeling blade.
