Methods, computer-readable media, and user interfaces for displaying patient treatment data that is new or updated since a time a particular user last saw a particular clinical patient or last accessed patient data relevant to the patient are disclosed. Patient data in a computerized healthcare system is accessed and filtered to display only relevant information generated subsequent to a temporal reference point unique to the particular user. A user interface containing a "since last time" tab is used to display the pertinent treatment data.
