PATIENT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

A patient information management system comprises judging means (12) for calculating the disease probability of a patient (P) by using gene information on the patient and the environment factor and a server (11) for recording the disease probability and environment factor of the patient (P) and the patient ID in association with each other. When a patient (P) receives medical care at a medical institution (2), a terminal (21) accesses a server (11) by using a medical institution ID. The server (11) transmits the disease probability concerning the patient ID transmitted from the terminal (21) to the terminal (21). The terminal (21) presents the disease probability to a doctor. The server (11) records the log of the accesses from the terminal (21) in association with the patient ID and the medical institution ID. The server (11) totalizes the accesses for each medical institution ID with reference to the access log for a predetermined period and calculates the amount of money to be paid to the medical institution (2).
