A method for producing concentrated tomato products provides for products washing, inspection thereof, pulping, boiling-out of pulped mass to the content of dry substances of not less than 25 %, prepacking, preservation. Moreover the tomatoes are blanched during 10-25 minutes in decoction of dogrose or hawthorn, for preparation thereof water and dogrose or hawthorn is taken in the ratio of 2:1, tomato mass and dogrose (hawthorn) puree are mixed in the ratio of 80-85 and 15-20 respectively. |
