The utility model relates to mining. A complex for charging wells with emulsion explosive substance has stationary site for production of liquid and solid components of emulsion explosive substance, supply mechanisms on basis of self-propelled chassis with tanks for liquid components of emulsion explosive substance, those have inlet and outlet branch pipes, auto-loaders for solid components of emulsion explosive substance and filling stations for mixing-charge machines placed in safe zones adjoining charge blocks. To provide simultaneous implementation of works on charging wells on n-charge blocks complex has n modules for pumping liquid components of emulsion explosive substance placed not less than one at each filling station. Each module has hydro-system with outlets for discharge and pressure mains, pumps for pumping liquid components of emulsion explosive substance with discharge and supply flexible hoses with unified splits for inlet and outlet branch pipes of vessels, electronic system for control and management of process of liquid components of emulsion explosive substance pumping with supply cable of electric power source. The outlets for discharge and pressure mains and supply cable of the module are arranged with possibility of connection with respective outputs and supply cable of mixing-charging machine or supply mechanism, as that tractor with trailer is used.
