METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF CHEMOTHERAPY EFFICIENCY AT ONCOLOGIC PATIENTS

A method for prediction of chemotherapy efficiency at oncologic patients by determination of sulfhydryl inactivation level of biological material for patients in in-vitro system under the influence of anticancer drugs. As a test figure is used the patient's blood serum. The chemotherapy efficiency at oncologic patients is prognosticated at more than 8 % sulfhydryl inactivation level of patient's blood serum. The sulfhydryl inactivation level of patient's blood serum is determined by Elman's biochemical method.
