The proposed microwave device for drying grain contains a microwave oscillator, a random number generator, a heating chamber, an air exhauster, a vacuum pump, a mechanical vibrator, and a coaxial waveguide. The waveguide contains a short-circuiting switch with a central opening and a cylindrical inside conductor, which is connected to additional conductors of different length. As the outside conductor of the waveguide, the cylindrical outside surface of the heating chamber is used. On the inside conductor of the waveguide, heat sinks are installed. In the spatial areas covering the adjacent short and long conductors of the waveguide, independent electromagnetic oscillations are generated. As a result, grain in the chamber would be uniformly heated even at the large density of charge of the chamber.
